There is also a majestic family of eagles located in the large tree above so please be mindful of small children and pets. ★ THE DRIVE TO UCLUELET ★ Portions of the drive to Ucluelet have limited reception and limited gas stations or stores. Plan to fill up in Port Alberni - the last major hub for your grocery/supply/restaurant needs before you reach the town. The vibe: a quiet, laid-back pacific northwest surf town with towering old growth trees, abundant wildlife, and unmatched ocean views around every corner. Take time to check out the unique shops, restaurants, cafes, breweries and distilleries minutes away from your cabin. You can also rent bikes or surfboards/paddleboards/kayaks, hop on a whale watching tour, visit the aquarium, and venture out on several epic hiking trails. Nestled in the temperate pacific rainforest, the cabin looks out to the open ocean and connects directly to the famous Wild Pacific Trail right at your doorstep. You won’t find this anywhere else!

The Cabin was absolutely lovely. Exactly as described in an absolutely beautiful location. You have a lovely few for both sunrises and sunsets and plenty of natural wildlife just out your door. There's a local hiking trail right on the property leading to some absolutely lovely spots. The Cabin itself was lovely, everything was exactly as described. Bryan even had some local coffee in the kitchen which made that first morning wonderful as we could stay in and enjoy a nice hot cup without having to leave :) We arrived very late for check in approximately 1 A.M. I had let Bryan know ahead of time and even though I never thought to ask, he was very thoughtful and had all the lights on for us when we arrived, so we didn't have to arrive in to a dark cabin. As a side note, there was plenty of laundry detergent provided which was very helpful. A very easy 10 out of 10 and we would absolutely plan our next trip to the Island so we can stay here again!

We loved our stay at Bryan’s last place in Ucluelet! It had everything we could possibly need — well stocked, super clean, and easy to find. The upstairs bedroom/ sauna and jet tub was perfect for relaxing after exploring. The host was excellent to communicate with and the check in process was super smooth. Highly recommend!
